Admin: Full access to everything, including managing billing, workspace settings, API keys, user roles, and inviting new members to the workspace.
User: Can use all core features such as replying to threads, creating issues, managing the roadmap, and updating the changelog - but without access to billing or workspace settings.
Viewer: Can view threads and roadmap, but cannot make edits or changes.
Viewer seats are free and unlimited. You’re only billed Admin and User roles.
You can manage roles and invite team members by navigating to Settings → Members.
Billing details can be managed from Settings → Plans.
