Overview

The Linear integration is at the core of Productlane. It keeps everything in sync, so your support, requests, and changelog always reflect what’s actually happening in Linear.

How it works

  1. Connect Linear
    Log in to Productlane using your Linear account, or connect Linear manually in the integration settings. It’s best to connect the Linear integration using an account with Admin rights in Linear to ensure full functionality.

  2. Select teams
    Select which Linear teams should be visible in Productlane. If a team is missing, it may be set to private in Linear. Make it public or contact us.

  3. Set a default team
    To make creating new projects and issues faster.

What get's synced

  • Linear issues and projects → always up to date in Productlane

  • Customers → Are synced 2-way

  • Customer requests → Are auto-created from users

  • Public roadmap → automatically mirrors your Linear projects

  • Changelog drafts → instantly generated when you complete a project in Linear
